I just hate thinking of titles

recorded O.R.E's song for REMT project... recording more or less done..i think we can make a decent demo out of the tracks recorded already... but maybe we'll retake a couple of stuffs... gotta go back and hear the drums again.... cos that day was miserable SM58s and the playing wasn't good... thank you and whoever who helped record that day....

dmat concert....foresee lots of problems in the near future.... and if you honestly ask my opinion...i shall say we do not have the capabilities to pull of the present idea.... i think it will end up mediocre or worse...a bad performance..... i would rather do a so called "rock concert" where the people we have can do it better and have experience from the last concert to bring over... and if you wanna add whatever "educational value" into it...just add a little bit of it here and there... anyway...if you can't beat them...join them....or boycott the whole thing....

this month seems like the monsoon season...raining almost every afternoon.... weather is screwing up...

and yes..as benita mentioned in her blog...the band's going indie...and i need more indie influence!!! arctic monkeys, bloc party and We Are Scientists is not enough!!!!!!!

i almost forgot... i am amazed that mastodon's drummer doesn't use double kick...double pedal only!!!! RESPECT!!

anyhow... jamming yesterday was great fun! bought my phase90 and tested there shiokness!! and adam came up wif a really cool damn indie riff and we're working on that now....INDIE!!!!!!!

its already confirm that the course (DMAT) will be doing the graduation ceremony shows... and if arep and gang wanna do it, we can do citizen erased!!!! shiokness is that song!!!!!!! and i'm glad arep seems excited about that song!!!!

Today is a great day!!! I bought my Phase 90!!! muahahaha...and it sweet!!!!! Jamming was great too!!! Adam came up with a damn bloody indie riff...wahahhaa...its gonna be great fun in the coming days!!!!!!

Arep seems excited about Citizen erased...i glad he is... cos i also really want to play that song....dam shiok to play!!!!!!!!!! if we do get to do some shows...muahhahahahahaha!!!!!

new sem has started...and the modules dun seem fun... doing maths all over again... although i did a bit of maths C in my stay in JC...but most of them are long forgotten and i need a big big refresher course...oh...and i never did came close to passing maths in JC before... not taking A maths in sec sch doesn't benifit me either... but i guess i'm not the only one who's gonna struggle...

i need to buy stationary...or pens and pencils in case i spelt the motionless meaning of that word...

anyhow...there's a big match tonight between AC milan and Barcelona...not sure if i'm gonna catch it... tml's MUSP class with tin hee at 10am...she appears quite anal about punctuality...zzzz....

A new O.R.E song is on the way!!! and its INDIE AGAIN!!!!! wahahahaha... yet to work out the melody and the chorus...but i kind of love the riff at the moment!

hols are almost ending....3 days more... and its school again.... year 2 awaits and a new batch of DMATs are here.... so far from the few new friendster profiles in the DMAT account... it seems like mando-pop scene all over again....

tues and thurs class starts 1ish...anyone wanna swim in school in the morning?

and maybe swimming in school on a thursday morning sounds like a good idea...a step to get my fitness back.... another year to go before i prepare for napfa....

Moving on, into the last week of the holidays... this week will be used to prepare for the long awaited boredom curing Year 2 to come... and also to get my body clock back to more normal sleeping hours...

jamming was fun! indie indie fun fun fun!!! first time jam until so tired with this band...before the 2 hrs were up..we gave up already...haha!! yes...i'm starting to get even more excited about it!

alvin's going into the service tomorrow...goodluck to him and i wonder how he'll look half a year later... godlike fitness!!!!! swim as fun as i run!! haha!

my family is still in the process of finding a church to settle down in... so we went to lighthouse today... i'll leave out anything spiritual and just state the mundane stuff... they have the most comfortable church chairs ever... more comfy than esplanade ones... and first time i see drumset with my own eyes that the rack toms are really mounted on a rack... sort of a carter beauford feel but the set wasn't so beak..i think it was just 3 rack toms and 1 floor... music was tight... and guitarist still got shred a bit... kind of amused me...

moving on... the muse came to me yesterday night... and i think it did a good job... haha... so i think i can say i have another song i feel good about...

time table is out and its screwed up timetable.... only thing thankful is no 8am lessons...but fridays are screwed...3 hr break to have a lesson at 3pm....WTF!! 3hr do what shit?! stupid people who plans these timetables...

boss phase shifter costs $195...so its a no brainer...its gonna be the MXR phase 90 which only costs $145...grr!! if i can save $50 this month..i'll get the phase 90 next month...

i want to jam with my own band next week..so gotta organize it fast...
