I just hate thinking of titles

Vesak day tml! No school! No PAM! YAY! Mixing on Friday and chiong MUMI assignment next week! Please don't procrastinate!

I want to cut my hair. No idea of what to cut..but really feel like shaving bald again. Maybe i should just do it.

Andrea Fonseka is VERY HOT! and from the interviews that i read, i find her quite an amazing person. She shows character in her replies and its a major plus point for me! Found her blog and read some of her entries... they are very normal... not celebrity like(maybe reminds me that a celebrity is still human)...albeit a tad self-indulgent..but there's nothing wrong as a blog is personal and mostly about yourself...and she's been receiving quite a bit of attention and wants to share all those stuffs she's been featured in on her blog... i would do the same i guess if put in the same situation.... i hope to get a chance to meet her and talk to her someday...hur hur...

Somehow i have a feeling that life is going to be better in the days to come... =)

Gig was awesome! i think You And Whose Army? did ourselves justice! Vocals was ON today!!! yay! Thank you all who came down and watched our set. Really appreciate it.

My 2 idols in the local scene was there...B-quartet was totally brilliant and amazing and awesome that i was blown away! They are genius and deserve to be much bigger than they are! Leslie Low shook my hand!!! i melted..."OMG! this isn't happening!!!" i thought to myself...

Thank God for helping us put up a show that did us justice... and again thanks to the gig organizers that invited us to play, and everyone who came down and watched us play!

School tomorrow... =)

I want to dabble in electronica more seriously! i've been listening to quite a bit of bjork, thom yorke's eraser and a couple of other artistes on myspace... bjork's video for where is the line is very disturbing... but i find it quite brilliant...song as well... keep repeating but so brilliant...a bit the aphex twin vibe... i wanna buy her CDs!

I shall pray and hope for something good to happen so that i can get my laptop and maybe even buy a recording interface..Mbox or M-audio that comes with ableton live lite... and get Reason from jwee keat...

I also hope that i will pass my basic theory test so that i can hopefully get my license before i enter the NS...

Well..Recording tomorrow... hope to get everything minus vocals done!

jamming today was not bad...i think we are moving in the right direction...so its 2 or less jams to the show... time to think of set list and all... i can't stop thinking about the gig actually...how well would we do? how much pple would like or dislike our music? whether we could do ourselves justice? will we get more shows?would i sing out of tune? etc etc...but none the less...the least i can be guaranteed is that i will enjoy B-quartet's set that night...

I wonder how well do i sing live? i realised that quite a few songs are quite high for me to sing... and i can't really tell when jamming... but i guess...its too late to be too worried about stuff like this now...just do my best and hopefully it will pay off... but all in all i am very excited and looking forward to playing...and looking forward to it being over and hopefully make the right kind of memories of our 1st real gig.

I wanna buy bjork's new album...next allowance next allowance! i want a laptop so i can use some music sequencing software..and possibly some DAWs... i think for now it beats any pedal gas i have... i want to get my license asap! carry gear is tedious without a roady or car...hahaha...

Jamming today was okay... wasn't tight and all..but still we got some decent work done... 3 more jams to Bar None! hur hur...i guess we should be prepared enough for it... Carrying 2 guitars and a pedalcase is a bitch! just an addition of 1 guitar only...but the hassle is 2 or 3 times more! felt like dying when i was walking home from Clementi MRT... i need a car or a chauffeur... gonna bring 2 guitars to jam until Bar None is over... grr...STRONG ARMS!!!

Post jam food was not bad... the Beef Noodls was not bad...and caught a glimpse of Benita when she was 14-15...haha... quite priceless moment...

Studios are down but Logic is UP!!!! ELECTRONICA HERE I COME!!!! hur hur...hur hur hur... hur hur hur hur hur.....

My sis got married... ceremony was cool...dinner was cool... 1st time sitting on a RED table in a wedding banquet... seeing old church friends who have grown so much...it scares me... tiring too...taking 51 photographs at 51 tables... and answering repeated questions like, "So next will be your turn ah!?" must smile some more... by the 3rd time i was quite sick of it...and i think i was asked about 15 times at least.

i think my god sis turned heads at the event...she was awesomely gorgeous..and i had to try hard and keep my composure when i took my photograph with her... hur hur... heart beat like derek roddy playing double pedals...hur hur...i also have a quite pretty cousin who can own almost everyone else i know in eating... and she seems to be enjoying her meal today...haha... and seeing all the young girls turning into ladies... wah...i think i cannot deny that i am growing out of childhood already...

The night's event was about love...and i really wonder sometimes...or maybe more than sometimes what is love between a man and a woman...and what the difference between lust and love... i theoretically know the answer..but i don't know the answer...

i wonder what life at home will be like without my sister being at home... although i don't really see much of her at home anyways...she usually sleeps quite early... 1 more room..which probably my mum will fill now...which can be interchanged to be a guestroom if needed...

Studio's Protools system are screwed for the rest of the week...so my booking tomorrow is wasted... gotta fight for more studio time again... sian... i think the people doing the systems should be more proactive... the whole Mac system is screwed...Logic cannot run, Cubase is dodgy, cannot dl anything onto comps...which includes work!... and its week 3 already and we can't do our assignments yet... hurray?

well the bright side for this week is Indus Gendi is finally resuming jamming tomorrow!!!! and probably to a even more INDIE direction!! wheee!!!!!

YAWA? resumes jamming on sunday...in preparation for our Battle of Bar None... hahaha...
