I just hate thinking of titles

school has reopened...new booking system for studios...seems like its progressing for the better...although i'm not gonna be there to enjoy the full benifits of it... also, i have changed my mind about totally ruling out further education...i feel like i want to further my studies at the moment... probably in sound engineering if i can afford to go overseas...it interests me the most at the current moment. well..but tts more than 2 yrs down the road... more than enough time to think about it...

Home Club Gig for YAWA? i think should be more or less confirmed... will update once i get full details! i am really happy to play any show...especially with YAWA.

Quite a few things to update...
I passed my FTT! yay..can start learning driving as soon as i get my PDL! =)

Miho Hatori's CD is not bad... not a Bjork great but still overall quite a nice CD to listen too...and yea..she's hugely latin influenced...so you have to take the latin that comes along with it.

Trip to Malaysia was very nice! Penang was killer...my family was fully entertained by our relatives up North. They brought us to most of the good food... and in Penang, food, especially chinese food, is a cut or 2 cuts above what we have in Singapore. Especially the Bak Kut Teh...holy godlike! We were discussing if they were to come to Singapore and we have to bring them around to it...there wouldn't be much to bring them to...except MEE POK! hur hur.. We then headed down to KL where we were entertained by relatives as well... its quite nice to see that our relatives up there are very close to each other... and of course they are all doing very well there...

Didn't spend much on shopping there... only bought a t-shirt, a cheap bag and a bjork DVD =)...can't wait to watch it..when my tv gets fixed...hur hur...

I think i can afford the Antenna 2...hur hur...i hope i am the 1st one in singapore to own it..

Jamming today was fun and refreshing...quite a few 1sts we did today.

1. We worked on onli 1 song for 2 hrs.
2. First time everyone provided input in the writing process. hur hur...
3. First time a laptop is used.

Yea... exciting new stuff to come...hopefully we can find a gig to play soon so we can play them. We have quite a good number of originals considering we are a band trying to get that break. Anyway, enough rant about no gig to play...

Can't wait for my Miho Hatori CD to arrive... and yea...i hope i can afford the Antenna 2...very long since i felt excited after watching a pedal demo video... hur hur..

Done recording for the ballyhoo event at MFG studio... pretty impressive i must say...or at least quite a bit better than what i expected... lots of nice amps and gibsons to play with as well =). I got to try the Vox AC30, Fender Bassman and an Orange Amp...hur hur...all sounds good... and a Gibson 335 is VERY NICE TO PLAY!!! strat + 335 could possibly end all guitar gas for me...maybe except for a rickenbacker... anyway...have a rough mix with me...awaiting final mix...so keep a look out for a new song up on YAWA's myspace...

Cibo Matto's album is growing on me... i like it... and its a nice fact to think that the album was released in 1995 and it doesn't sound very dated... possibly a CD that i can listen for years... can't wait for Miho Hatori's CD to come... and yea...Great Spy's album is out as well...guess i'm gonna get it... there's 1 song i really really like... and also in memory of the late Wayne Thunder...

i need to get my ass back in school to book studio for POD 2... seriously... i need to show more effort in doing my work..and hopefully they get me work which earns me good money in the future...
